Thank you for a fun and epic summer

imageThanks to everyone coming in smiling woding and making my summer epic :)

Its been a pleasure having the wods this summer we had great weather and its not even over :)

One of the greater days was the games sunday when we did like 7 games events (beating froning in all of them offcourse) Alot of people stayed all day and just woding smiling and then wod again, and offcourse watch Kristin in the evening ! If you werent there this year dont miss next time , think gonna do a similar day soon again and count the scores aswell for fun offcourse :)

Another superfun day was the other day when I made up a little swiming wod Called – Beg for mercy :)

Hello welcome to level 1 wod and the first crossfit session in your life , Todays wod is named – Beg for mercy ,And you gonna do 3rounds for time of swim uppstream and then down 150 meter and the run 800meter then on the grass 20 handrelease pushups 40 airsquats and you done one round :)  sounds terrific hey ? So lets get into it and look closer at the movements,

haha It wasnt as bad as it sounds it was more fun right ?

And if you missed out on this one you will still have the chance to do it on sunday ;)

Here is a short movie from the day (thursday) gonna try to get myself a new gopro so you in the future will some little bit more epic produktions ;)
